what_drives_me_nuts
Here are some things that drive me nuts when I'm working with some software or web pages.
* Ebay's false positive checks on sale listings
- For example, parts / not working - this is too similar to a link. Use: parts OR not working.
- “Text on the back says …” - Ebay thinks this is a hint to: “text me, my number is …”
* Windows 11 inability to change language after installation
- Workaround is only to reinstall using new default language
* Browser check algorithms that use Opera Mobile version numbers and try to put it in a Opera for PC number space.
- My work e-mail has a workaround - it works on Opera Mobile with outlook.office.com or outlook.office365.com
* Youtube Music is using too much data
- 30 mins of listening to music cost me 200 MB! What? Why? I don't want it buffering. For me, cost of data is more important than conveniece of hearing some music immediately when I skip some seconds.
